Workshops
Do I need any experience to attend a workshop?
No experience is needed. All workshops are beginner friendly unless stated otherwise. You will be guided step by step, and support will be available throughout the session.
What is included in the workshop price?
All materials, tools and guidance are included in the ticket price. Some workshops also include refreshments, which will be clearly stated in the workshop description.
Where is the studio?
2 Brougham St, Leicester, LE1 2BA
The studio is 15 minute walk from Leicester clock tower, or just under 20 minutes from Leicester train station. The door is on a side street, and details on how to access the studio are shared when you sign up to any classes.
Where do I park?
Monday - Saturday after 5pm, and on Sundays all day, there is unlimited parking right outside the studio
Outside of these times I’d advise parking in the St Matthews estate or in the town centre car parks
How long do the workshops last?
The exact duration will be listed on each individual workshop page.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that you don’t mind getting messy. Aprons are provided, but accidents happen, so best not to wear anything precious.
Can I keep what I make?
Yes of course!
Do you offer private or group workshops?
Yes. Private workshops are available for birthdays, hen parties, team building and other celebrations. Please get in touch via the contact page to discuss availability and pricing.
Is there an age limit for workshops?
Most workshops are for ages 18+. Any workshops suitable for children or families will be clearly marked.
Is the studio wheelchair friendly?
The studio is accessible, however unfortunately the toilets are not currently as they are narrow. Please let me know if you have any accessibility needs so that I can ensure you needs are catered for.
Bookings & Payments
How do I book a workshop?
All workshops can be booked directly through the website. Simply choose your workshop, select the date and complete checkout.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. All workshops must be booked in advance as spaces are limited.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, tickets can be transferred to another person. Please let us know the new attendee’s name before the workshop date.
Cancellations & Refunds
What is your cancellation policy?
Due to the small group nature of workshops, tickets are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to offer an alternative date or credit, where possible.
What happens if a workshop is cancelled?
In the unlikely event that a workshop is cancelled, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.
Artwork & Prints
Are artworks and prints limited edition?
Limited edition prints will be clearly marked and numbered. Original artworks are one of a kind.
Do artworks come framed?
Framing details are listed on each product page. If an artwork is unframed, this will be clearly stated.
How are artworks packaged?
All artworks and prints are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Larger works may be shipped flat or rolled, depending on the piece.
Shipping
Do you ship within the UK?
Yes, UK shipping is available on all artworks and prints. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is available on selected items. Customs fees or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Prints are usually dispatched within 3 to 7 working days. Original artworks may take slightly longer. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Will my artwork be tracked?
Tracked shipping is used where possible. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Orders & Returns
Can I cancel or return an artwork or print?
Returns are accepted on prints within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned in original condition. Original artworks and workshop tickets are non-refundable unless faulty.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and the issue will be resolved as quickly as possible.
